My intention in submitting this workshop is to provide people with the opportunity to cultivate inner courage. I want participants to embark on a journey of self-discovery, exploring deeper aspects of themselves. The focus is on offering a practical understanding of how the basics of theater techniques can be a powerful tool for promoting personal centering and grounding.
Through engaging activities, they will have the opportunity to break personal barriers, explore their emotions authentically, and understand how body language plays an essencial role in stage and in life.
Additionally, I seek to bring an understanding on how can we learn collaborative work through theater, by listening. At the end of the workshop, I hope each participant leaves with a renewed sense of courage but also with a deeper understanding of themselves and an enhanced ability to collaborate with others.
